Baseball Coach

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective training programs for baseball players - Teach fundamental skills, strategies, and techniques of the game - Plan and conduct practice sessions to improve players' performance - Provide guidance and support to players during games and tournaments - Evaluate players' abilities and provide constructive feedback for improvement - Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive attitudes among players - Ensure the safety of players during practices and games Qualifications: - Previous experience coaching baseball or playing at a competitive level - Knowledge of baseball rules, strategies, and techniques - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively work with children and young adults - Experience in behavior management and maintaining discipline - CPR and First Aid certification (preferred) Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
