*Responsibilities*
- Safely transport freight between various locations and over long distance
- Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedule
- Allowed to use load board to dispatch
- Notify Dispatcher of any delay that may affect on time delivery
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and other relevant informations
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles to ensure safe and efficient
operation
*Requirements*
- Valid driver's license (CDL Class A) with a clean driving record - Clean MVR.
No violations
- Experience operating various types of tractor trailors
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or loader
- Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected situations on the road
(traffic, weather conditions etc)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
