POSITION PROFILE:
Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with their arrival and departure as well as throughout their stay
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:
Perform all guest contact activities or guest request with a cordial, efficient, and professional manner while maintaining a commitment to excellence
Constantly communicate all concerns to correct department manager
Maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness on the front drive and lobby area
Ensure that luggage closet and other applicable storage areas are clean, organized and secure
Greet arriving vehicles and direct traffic flow at the Inn and event venues
Assist in supply inventory as needed
Check in overnight guests by providing luggage assistance, escorting to their accommodations, giving an in-room orientation, anticipating and fulfilling all guest needs
Check out overnight guests by providing luggage assistance, directions, anticipating and fulfilling all guest needs
Perform valet parking function by safely parking, securing and retrieving guest vehicles
Set up and maintain welcome and departure amenity presentations in the lobby area
Perform in room amenity deliveries and respond to various guest requests
Assist in transporting guests from parking to event space and from their accommodations to various destinations on property via golf cart
Transport guests to and from airport or other locations via Company vehicle
Ensure strict adherence to defined service standards and essentials when completing all tasks
Communicate any pass on's and all pertinent information to the next shift
Perform all other duties as assigned

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Three to twelve months of employment in a related position guest relation position with this company or other organizations.
Skills and Abilities:
Requires having computer skills and present a sociable, outgoing, lively and guest service oriented demeanor.
Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
Communicate information and hotel services to management, staff and guests.
Able to lift, push, and carry chairs, tables , etc.
Stand and move continuously for long periods of time.
