Responsibilities:
· Customer Service, Data Entry and Appointment Scheduling
· Coordinate and assist with pre-qualifying sales appointments
· Proficiency in technology, Excel and CRMs
· Manage office correspondence including email, regular mail and phone calls
· Perform miscellaneous job-related duties related to an office environment
Requirements:
· Strong communication skills and Professionalism
· Experience with CRMs, Excel, and Technology
· Ability to type 30 Wpm
· In-Office Position
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Bilingual A Plus, but not required
· Must pass a pre-employment background check
