Job Description The Customer Service Representative interacts with customers nationwide by phone and email and guides them through online purchases, online customization tool, order changes and order status.
Requirements · Must have computer skills · Must be able to actively listen and communicate with politeness and patience · Excellent work ethic · Flexible attitude to assist other departments where needed · Solid sense of working as part of a team for the benefit of the company as a whole · Must be able to multitask · An interest in stationery is a plus Duties and Responsibilities · Take calls from customers and respond to customer emails · Assist in troubleshooting web browser issues and our online ordering system with customers · Reference and utilize documentation through the use of company software Work Environment Climate controlled facility About PrintsWell PrintsWell is a family owned business started in 1991.
