Compensation:
$12 - $13.

Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner and process their check-in and check-out
Perform all job-related duties, including accurately processing cash, checks, credit cards, and traveler’s checks
Address all guests’ inquiries and handle escalated customer service issues
Ensure privacy is maintained when distributing room keys
Provide information about hotel policies, services, and amenities
Maintain a clean and well-stocked front desk area
Generate and distribute reports to all relevant staff
Report any maintenance, security, and safety issues
Answer questions regarding the hotel’s policies, services, and facilities
Follow up with guests to ensure that their inquiries have been addressed to their satisfaction
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous front desk experience is highly preferred
Prior experience using Windows-based software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is highly preferred
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work well and collaborate with others
Superior customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
May be required to stand for an extended period of time
Able to work a flexible schedule
