We are seeking a Front Desk Agent who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to handle various tasks simultaneously will contribute to the overall success of our hotel.

50 hourly Responsibilities: Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner and process their check-in and check-out.
Perform all job-related duties, including accurately processing cash, checks, credit cards, and traveler’s checks.
Address all guests’ inquiries and handle escalated customer service issues.
Ensure privacy is maintained when distributing room keys.
Provide information about hotel policies, services, and amenities.
Follow up on guest requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and well-stocked front desk area.
Generate and distribute reports to all relevant staff.
Report any maintenance, security, and safety issues.
Welcome guests with hospitality and process their check-in and check-out in a courteous manner.
Accurately handle payments in the form of cash, checks, credit cards, and traveler’s checks.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve escalated customer relations matters.
Retain the confidentiality of guest information when handing out room keys.
Answer questions regarding the hotel’s policies, services, and facilities.
Follow up with guests to ensure that their inquiries have been addressed to their satisfaction.
Keep the lobby and front desk clean and organized.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous front desk experience is highly preferred.
Prior experience using Windows-based software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is highly preferred.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Ability to work well and collaborate with others.
Superior customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills.
May be required to stand for an extended period of time.
Able to work a flexible schedule.
