DPL is an Electric and Gas company that services the states of Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey Training Schedule:Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST (hours may change based on trainer preference however 8a-5p is normally the time we train) Training Duration:5 weeks of in the classroom training, 1-2 weeks of nesting (total of 7 weeks of Training) Responsibilities: Must have Call Center Experience Our agents answer inbound calls regarding: Billing inquires Disconnect/Reconnect Payment Arrangements Budget Billings Make payments Process trouble and outage orders Move In/Out Service Assist with My Account (Online Accts) Qualifications: Great Attendance Computer Navigation skills Must be able to type minimally 35-40 WPM Great Communication skills Camera ettiquette – Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end Flexible - shifts vary from 7am-8pm Open to working overtime – We are the client's Crisis Center therefore in the event a major storm impacts our Service Territory we will be required to work long hours to include overnight and weekends Adhere to a 20-minute daily break 1 hour lunch Multitask Skills Adequate Internet of 20mbps download 10 upload For Remote Positions: The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows: Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up) Hard wired connection (no wifi, wifi hotspots) Employees must have dedicated internet connectivity/bandwidth that is sufficient to satisfy their daily responsibilities without interruption.
It is recommended that while a TSI employee is working during their shift, other members of the household restrain from activities (e.
g.
streaming, online gaming, etc.
) that may detract from the available internet connectivity/bandwidth.
Employees who have significant interruptions according to their manager may be required to work on site.
