Sanders Aviation, Inc is seeking a talented, self-driven, and highly motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Flight School Aircraft Dispatcher.

Company Benefits *Health Insurance Benefits *Paid Vacation Days Core Responsibilities *Present yourself, Sanders Aviation, and Sanders Flight Training Center in a positive and professional manner *Address customer needs through a self driven work ethic leading to an in depth knowledge of company programs, options, and solutions.
*Greet customers and students warmly and make them feel welcome *Conduct prospective customer and student tours of the facility *Respond promptly (same day) to all voicemails and emails *Timely follow-up (same day) to any outstanding customer or internal issues *Complete daily, weekly, and monthly task checklists *Keep on-line scheduling system up to date with: *Member records *Pilot records *incoming transient aircraft.
*Local airfield tenant requirements *Assist team members, instructors and maintenance in scheduling aircraft *Dispatch aircraft in a timely manner while ensuring regulatory compliance with company policy and FAA regulations *Process new student orientation paperwork per checklist *Records management of customer, student and flight instructor file updates *Communicate at shift handoff on maintenance issues and customer needs *Coordinate with maintenance daily to keep a current and active fleet schedule; communicate aircraft maintenance status to inquiring students, instructors, and customers as necessary.
*Inventory management of all office and pilot supplies including receiving *Support and assist cross-functional teams throughout the organization as requested by: *Operations manager or company executives *Aircraft Owners *Maintenance Department scheduling *Flight Instructors *Accounting *Attend as required; meetings, workshops, and training *Adhere to and enforce American Sanders Aviation/Sanders Flight Training Center policies and procedures *Serve as a computer based testing proctor.
*Work with outside vendors to provide concierge services such as catering and rental cars.
Skills – Training provided for company specific programs *Customer Service: Provide excellent service to students, flight instructors, transient pilots, local airfield tenants, prospective students, and customers.
*Gain and maintain an in-depth knowledge of flight school course offerings, policies, and procedures *Proficiency in the use of flight scheduling system *Proficiency in the use of the customer billing systems (invoicing) *Ability to complete online Fixed Base Operator (FBO) training encompassing customer service and flight line operations.
*Ability to prioritize multiple, immediate customer needs *In-person *Phone inquiries *E-mail *Proficiency in the use of phone systems *Proficiency in the use of company e-mail.
*Proficiency in the use of the microsoft office and Google g-suite applications *Perform all other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Candidates must possess *High School Diploma or equivalent *The ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
*Must be able to lift 25 pounds *Strong time-management and organizational skills.
*Strong customer service and problem solving skills.
*Basic computer skills *The ability to pass a background check *An acceptable driving record with the ability to operate a motor vehicle *Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and/or random screenings.
