Hoover - Customer Service Specialist - Part-time

We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals who are looking to work in a customer-facing environment! The Customer Service Specialist provides support to the Dealership as a whole.
He/she answers incoming calls in a friendly and helpful manner and gathers necessary information from the caller in order to transfer the call to the correct person/department.
This individual will also be responsible for logging missed calls for Service Advisors and Sales Consultants.
The Customer Service Specialist will also work closely with the Sales Department and serve as a Greeter for the dealership.
He/she will assist customers with technology training and other aspects of their purchase.
The ideal candidate for this position has one or more years of customer service experience.
He/she must display strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Because the Customer Service Specialist will give one of the first impressions of the dealership, this individual must be able to deliver world class customer service.
