Signature Homes is currently seeking a Designer/Customer Experience Specialist in our Birmingham, AL market.

We are looking for a design and customer service-minded team player! This role requires someone who will take ownership of the customer experience and who can guide homeowners to create a beautiful and well-designed new home.
Additionally, we’re looking for someone who constantly strives to surpass expectations, delivering world-class customer service.
The ideal candidate will be able to focus on multiple tasks at once and possess keen attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed accurately.
Responsibilities:
Lead design appointments
Deliver WOW through world class customer service
Run and schedule appointments
Walk all homes under construction and check installations
Provide updates to homeowners throughout the construction process
Produce accurate and timely paperwork
Qualifications:
2-3 years design field and/or customer service experience highly preferred
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
