SUMMARY
This candidate will manage projects that support an omnichannel data-driven and personalized customer experience, yielding high customer satisfaction, conversion, retention, upsell and winback rates.
The position will support the Director of Customer Journey Strategy and work cross functionally with various marketing and cross-functional groups to ensure the right messages and experience is delivered at the right stage of the customer journey.
They will also assist in execution of Account Based Marketing and help optimize various omnichannel programs and tactics to overall contribute to company's growth.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Understand our customer segments and their experience at each stage of customer journey.
Assist the Director of Customer Journey:
In mapping customer journeys to identify gaps in the holistic customer experience
In tracking learnings and optimizing a unified omnichannel / full funnel customer experience for the future state
Share data with a story and key takeaways for cross-functional marketing teams to demonstrate ROI, program impact, and alignment to business’ objectives.
Track progress to goals for each program and suggest +manage optimization in collaboration with other cross functional teams.
Project manage various omnichannel programs to ensure we meet timelines, and deliverables, or manage risks in a timely fashion
Communicate key project’s status updates to stakeholders on a regular basis
Identify, create, and execute opportunities for improvement and efficiency in projects and processes on an ongoing basis
Coordinate review meetings and collect required inputs from cross-functional marketing teams
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop marketing materials that align with brand marketing strategies
QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to document, prepare and present executive level presentations
Advanced Project management skills
Know how of the digital and TV advertising landscape a plus
Ability to document, effectively communicate and create Power Points for executives
Intrapersonal skills
Knowledge of Salesforce.
com, or other CRM platforms preferred
Ability to analyze and interpret information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize, problem solve and organize effectively
Ability to integrate information from multiple sources
Knowledge of cable TV and digital media industry a plus
ABM Certification is a plus
Knowledge of marketing, data analysis, and related functions preferred
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree preferred
RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
Experience of integrated advertising experience ideally in the media/ advertising industry (Online player, Digital Agency, Cable Distributor or Programmer) - 7-10
