HOW YOU WILL IMPACT THE BIG PICTURE:
As a Viewer Services Representative, you'll play an important role in advancing the mission of our foundress, Mother Angelica, to our EWTN Family.
The Viewer Services Representative provides an attentive, caring and positive experience to our audience through answering phone calls, e-mail, mail, and prayer offerings.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Represent EWTN by answering audience questions via various forms of communication, including telephone, internet and written correspondence.
Respond to questions relative to Friary, Marketing, Production, Programming, Radio, Theology and other areas of the Network as appropriate.
Take prayer requests, troubleshoot orders, and process donation payments.
Provide excellent customer service to the EWTN viewers!
ABOUT YOU:
You have a passion for customer service, and at least 1-2 years of experience working in a customer service role, and preferably in a call center environment.
You are a practicing Catholic with demonstrated knowledge of the Catholic Faith and EWTN's mission.
You have a patient, kind and helpful attitude.
You possess excellent verbal and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.
You are proficient with Microsoft Office, basic data entry skills, and preferably experience with OMS (Order Management Systems).
If working remotely, you are able to provide a quiet and private home office environment and meet the technical requirements of an internet speed of at least 25mpbs upload/download, and have a hardwired internet connection.
(Wireless/WIFI connection not allowed for this role).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Call center experience strongly preferred.
Bilingual Spanish and English skills preferred.
EDUCATION:
S.
Diploma or GED.
Associate’s degree preferred.
