Compensation:
$50,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance and support to customers regarding insurance policies, claims, and inquiries
Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer requests, including policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage updates
Collaborate with insurance agents and underwriters to address customer needs and resolve any issues or concerns
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations to effectively communicate information to customers
Document and track customer interactions and inquiries in the company's CRM system for future reference and analysis
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
