* Schedule is 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday.
*Key Responsibilities - Administrative Assistant/Client Services Associate* * *Processing & Management of Forms* *– *Compliance requires special training and careful attention to the management of sending, receiving, and filling out forms for clients to execute financial requests.
* *Reception* *–* Our CSA serves as the face to the public for our team by receiving calls, visitors, and responding to all incoming communications.
* *Calendaring/Email Management* *–* Manage your team’s Financial Advisors’ calendars and scheduling, as well as, managing email communications.
* *Proactive Efforts* *–* Help manage and refine our process for client reviews, continually gain mastery of industry platforms and processes, take on additional projects, and pursue additional licensing and designations to further your career and better serve clients in an operational capacity.
