Concierge, Patient Guest Rooms Evenings

This role is responsible to register guests and assign guest rooms, and to ensure the guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy prior to the guest’s arrival.
Core Job Responsibilities include: Registers guests and makes appropriate room assignments.
Assists guests with room maintenance issues.
Addresses issues and complaints in a timely manner.
Collects payments for guest rooms and manages account balances.
Coordinates the cleaning and preparation of rooms prior to the arrival of the guest.
Coordinates with other departments to secure advance reservations for hospital personnel.
Greets guest in an accommodating manner.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements include High School Education or equivalent.
