Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through customer calls and outreach campaigns.
• Conduct warm outreach to customers, promoting our products and services within existing homes.
• Collaborate with Clinical Coordinators to address service issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Update the database to maintain accurate resident and facility account information.
• Enhance your knowledge of industry products and technical aspects.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
Training and Schedule:
• This position offers a fully remote schedule.
• The average fully trained Care Advocate achieves proficiency within 6 months.
Requirements:
• Mandatory: Current and active state-issued HEALTH insurance license.
• Associate or bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of sales experience; healthcare industry, call center, or insurance sales experience is a plus.
• Compensation includes base salary plus commission, with a potential monthly earning of $4,000 to $7,000+.
