Job Summary
As a Claims CSR II, you will play a vital role in assisting adjusters with the initial contact with insureds.
You will be responsible for completing the necessary tasks to open, process, and close claims.

Responsibilities
Assist customers by taking and processing their claims.
Assist the adjuster with the initial contact with insureds, and assist in completing the necessary tasks to open, process, and close claims.
Perform functions necessary to assist adjusters to meet customer needs and conserve business.
Qualifications
High school diploma required.
Computer experience required.
Minimum of 3 years work experience preferred.
Professional telephone etiquette.
Ability to spell correctly and type 45 words per minute.
Ability to perform job adequately by end of 6 months.
