Koplon Implant and Family Dentistry is a family-owned dental practice focused on providing the full spectrum of dental care for our patients, from general dentistry to surgeries, dental implants and more.
Our team is made up of two skilled dentists and an office team of more than 20 team members that is focused on providing exceptional care to our patients and community.
*Job description* We are looking for a team member to join the front office staff of our fast-paced and energetic office.
This candidate will serve as the first face that our patients see when they arrive to our office and the friendly voice on the phone helping to schedule appointments and answer questions.
Candidate will be responsible for job responsibilities including but not limited to: · Greeting patients · Answering phones · Scheduling appointments · Confirming appointments · Collecting patient financial responsibilities and communicating procedure costs · Communication with other team members in the office about patient’s needs Candidate must be capable of multitasking while providing exemplary customer service with a positive attitude.
Candidate must be familiar with most dental insurance plans and how to process pre-determinations and claims correctly, validate insurance and present treatment plans.
Understanding of Dentrix is a plus.
Good phone etiquette is a must as you are a direct representation of our practice.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $34,000.
00 - $41,600.
