Customer Service Professional (CSP)

```Duties``` - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records - Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement ```Experience``` - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Ability to handle outbound and inbound calls As a Customer Service Professional, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers.
