As a member of our hospitality team, the primary role of a Guest Services Ambassador is to play a pivotal front-line role, providing daily assistance to customers, retail tenants, and external vendors and contractors.
This role is responsible for a wide range of tasks, including managing incoming and outgoing calls, reporting tasks, promptly following up with tenants and vendors utilizing exceptional customer service skills, and ensuring the successful completion of various projects.
The Guest Services Ambassador will: · Develop a deep understanding of guest expectations and proactively identify potential issues and attentively respond to guests' needs promptly to ensure their satisfaction and enhance their overall experience.
· Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in responding to customer requests and complaints with professionalism and politeness.
· Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently, providing accurate information and assistance to callers, whether they require directions, have concerns, wish to purchase gift cards, sign up for VIP memberships, or need stroller rentals or grand savings card sales.
· Manage and process corporate sales of gift cards, ensuring smooth transactions and delivering a seamless service to corporate clients.
· Regularly update and maintain master reports related to various aspects of the establishment, including groups, buses, gift cards, strollers, and grand savings cards, keeping essential data up-to-date for management reference.
· Keep records of all discounts offered, such as those for AAA members, AARP members, VIP customers, military personnel, and students, ensuring accurate accounting and reporting.
· Regularly monitor the Food Court area to address safety issues promptly and maintain a clean and inviting environment for guests.
· Receive and efficiently manage all incoming service requests, forwarding them to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.
· Offer administrative assistance to the management team, providing support for various tasks and projects as needed.
· Serve as support staff during events, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
· Prepare and assemble gift bags as required for groups and events, paying attention to detail and ensuring a delightful presentation.
Education and Experience: 1+ years of Customer Service Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Suite Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.
