Welcoming professional check in guests arriving, handle guest requests and take reservations.
Provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly.
You would be responsible for overseeing posting and balancing of daily Room Revenue transactions.
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
-Adhere to all uniform standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Offer a genuine friendly welcome to all guests.
- Create a positive check-in experience and enter accurate necessary information into operating system.
- Be responsive to all guest needs and follow through on all guest requests.
- Always exhibit a genuine and caring attitude toward guests.
- Communicate pertinent information with team members and management.
- Offer a genuine friendly farewell to all departing guests.
- Answer all telephone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Run daily reports and complete all shift checklists.
-Hotel experience preferred but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.
00 - $14.
00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
