The CLEAR Member Care Specialist supports our customers’ membership needs through telephone, email, and live messaging interactions.
They represent CLEAR’s values while providing solutions and guidance to new and loyal members.
What You'll Do
Act as our members’ primary point of contact through telephone, email, and live chat interactions
Think creatively about ways to improve and strengthen CLEAR’s relationship with members
Assist members in managing their CLEAR membership, including upselling CLEAR products and services

Ability to comply with all security and safety guidelines, policies and procedures, and follow protocol thoroughly and consistently.
Role Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Open availability and weekends is a must
Requires completion of airport badging or government-screening process, and other applicable associated requirements, including a drug test
