Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Birmingham, Alabama for a Customer Service Representative.
The daily tasks of the role include providing support to customers, resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will interact with customers on a regular basis while dealing with tasks such as order entry, order status review, order follow up, shipping tracking, and product inquiries.
Qualifications:
Customer Service, Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction Skills
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving ability, analytical skills, and attention to detail
A positive and professional attitude even when dealing with difficult customers
Experience in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus
