Job Description: Guest Service Agent Duties: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction - Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Requirements: - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred -MUST BE ABLE TO WORK MORNING SHIFT, EVENING SHIFT AND WEEKENDS - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays Join our team as a Guest Service Agent and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests.
