Service Customer Advisor

_Job Location: 505 Cobb Street, Birmingham, 35209_ BIG#1 Motorsports, a Leader in the Powersports Industry, has an opening for a *Service Customer Advisors* for their expanding Service Department.
In this position you will be the *service customer's point of contact* while their vehicle goes through the repair and or maintenance process in the Service Department.
You will greet incoming service customers, create a repair order detailing their service needs and manage that repair order through its life cycle until the customer picks up the vehicle after the service operations are complete.
Direct Service Advisor experience is not required.
Some technical knowledge can be helpful, but the primary qualities needed for the position are: · *Strong People Skills* · *Organized and Detail Oriented* · *Computer Literacy* · *High Moral Character* · *Team Player* Primary Duties include but not limited to: * Meeting & Greeting Service Customers * Writing the initial Repair Order with the Customer needs * Maintaining the RO throughout the repair process * Communicating updates with the customer based on the Technicians findings * Managing the Warranty Process with the Manufacturer when applicable * Cashiering the customer at Pick Up * Meeting new Sales Customers and review the Maintenance Schedule Average Service Advisors earn $45,000 to $65,000 a year; but there is no cap.
