*Job Description:*
* Build and maintain relationships with client facilities nationwide
* Pursue new clients through various sources, to include the internet, cold calling, referrals, social media, networking, etc.
* Negotiate contracts and rates for Nursing and Allied Healthcare Professional services
* Facilitate the hiring process, which includes but is not limited to: obtaining job openings, obtaining and providing compliance documentation as required
* Develop prospect list and execute a sales and marketing plan, proactively generating new business
* Follow-up on all existing business to ensure retention, quality control and development of new business

*Minimum Job Requirements*
* Minimum of 5 years of Successful Sales Experience Required
* Healthcare Staffing experience preferred
* Strong Computer skills to include: Microsoft Office, Social Media, Job Boards, etc.
* Excellent Communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
