Front Office · Answer multi-line calls · Check fax que twice daily and distribute as needed · Handle closing procedures in the afternoon · Order office supplies and keep supply area neat for easy accessibility · Maintain file room and make new charts · Respond to online inquiries and messages from answering service · Manage tax exemption status / paperwork for vendors / suppliers · Manage Brightwell by entering & removing employees & clients · Handle all facility needs / maintenance (pest control, air conditioning, etc.
) · Respond to website emails (info@mitchells-place.
com) or send them to the appropriate person · Provide tours as needed 2.
Intake Coordinator for Speech & Occupational Therapy · Respond to inquiries for ST & OT · Complete the intake process for ST & OT including confirming benefits status · Collect copays and coinsurance as needed · Enter new clients and schedules in EMR · Assist with psychology intake process as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
