Guest Experience Manager

Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check guests in and out of the hotel using the reservation system - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously - Assist with reservations and ensure accurate billing for guest services - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests Qualifications: - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of reservation systems - Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have the qualifications listed above, we would love to hear from you.
