Are you looking for a rewarding position in a fast-growing company? Come join our awesome team!!! We are looking for a detail-oriented, caring person to add to our customer service team in support of our administration and graphics staff.
Multitasking is critically important as our day-to-day activities are numerous.
We are passionate about what we do here, and are looking for team members who are committed to serving our customers.
This position will be Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 a.
m.
- 5:00 p.
m.
Specific Responsibilities: * Talk with and/or meet with customers over the phone and in person.
* Gathering criteria for orders, help guide customers through our process.
* Creating estimates and quotes and communicating them to the customers.
* Following up with customers periodically after proofs have been sent.
* Communicating with our graphics and production teams.
* Build strong relationships with our customers, in person and over the phone.
* Manage customer concerns, resolving problems, customer complaints and actively participate in customer transactions.
* Entering new orders into Quickbooks.
* Administrative duties such as answering phones, emailing, etc * Working with our print brokers.

* Are organized and detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
* Are proficient in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
