As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
This position requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally - Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and pet status - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Stay up-to-date with program knowledge to effectively assist customers Experience: - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Ability to work with and around cats and dogs We offer competitive pay with excellent benefits including \*BCBS Health & Dental -Monday thru Thursday with most Fridays Off -No nights or weekends -Paid vacation & holidays Alabama Spay/Neuter is a drug-free workplace and equal opportunity employer.
