Pay
The compensation for this position will range from $18-$22 hourly (based on experience)

Flexible Schedule and Work-Life Balance
Responsibilities:
Dispatching departments: Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing
Organization and time management skills
Ability to work well and quickly under pressure
Relaying important information from technician to customer
Giving out purchase orders to technicians
Verifying purchase orders are closed, the technician has collected for the job, and debrief has been sent
Filling out permits and scheduling APCO if necessary
Keeping up with inspection departments
Strong decision-making, change management, and negotiation skills
Excel and word experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED
Working knowledge of computers and ability to navigate through software applications i.
e.
: Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
Previous experience working with business management software tools is preferred
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Works well with a team
Being genuine and personable is a must!
