Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management - Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers to meet sales targets - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to effectively communicate in Spanish is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Strong negotiation skills to handle customer complaints or difficult situations - Proven ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service - Familiarity with technology sales or telemarketing is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities We offer competitive compensation, including base salary plus commission.
