```Duties``` - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate information is collected - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism - Process payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area ```Requirements``` - Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or similar role is preferred - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite - Familiarity with calendar management software for scheduling appointments - Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
