Consumer Relations Specialist - Bilingual

*Position Overview* Nathan & Nathan PC is growing! We are a family-owned creditors rights law firm in search of full-time Consumer Relations Specialists - Bilingual to join our team in our Birmingham, AL, office.
We are looking for enthusiastic people with outstanding communications skills to work in a fun and fast-paced call-center environment.
*What you will do* * Resolve calls and negotiate best solutions for consumers and clients in a challenging environment.
* Able to follow instructions and make educated decisions based on training and position knowledge.
* Must follow and fully comply with all Federal, State and Local collection laws and practices.
* Meet and exceed all production goals.
* Must pass continuing education/training evaluations.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
