In a business our size (10ish Movers & 2-3 routes) the Dispatch Manager plays a vital role in that process.
*Job Description :*
To oversee, participate in, and take responsibility for the outcome of the scheduled moves - Playing a heavy role in hiring, and being the primary contact point for our Team Leaders and Movers, placing an emphasis on training in both safety & efficiency, as well as the Customer Experience.
*Responsibilities :*
* Hire, train, lead
* Manage dispatch board (Routes, trucks, etc.
)
* Communicate with customers
This role will require leadership/hiring experience, ability to pitch in on moves as needed, and a strong personality capable of multitasking and innovation.
