Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Assistant/Communications Coordinator to join our team.
This position relieves the Executive Director (ED) of select administrative type functions in order to increase the time an Executive has available for executive level responsibilities.
May handle a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the clerical and administrative function of the office.
Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
Requires an associate's degree or its equivalent with at least 2-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures including but not limited to basic office equipment such as phone system, copier, fax machine, postage meter, etc.

Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
May direct and lead the work of contract vendors.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected for the purpose of giving support to the sales team, event services crew, clients, tenants, and Executive Director.
Absolutely must embody a demeanor that will allow for the courtesy of greeting and assisting guests, answer incoming calls, and handle guest matters (or complaints) that are directed to or received by the front office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,286.
42 - $44,904.
