Job Duties:
Data Management and Entry:
System entries:
Inputting unload sheet data.
Adding new and/or updating routes in DDCS as determined by ADLM (box changes, movements, etc.
).
Conducting BI Tool and Netsuite vendor payment research and payment reconciliation.
Responsible for the accuracy of inputting and maintaining the supplemental payments for current payment runs and historical reviews.
Generates diversion reports and productivity reports for vendors as specified by the Growth Managers.
Tracking supplemental payments by vendor and providing reports as needed.
Providing call support for Growth Managers, including payment reviews and scheduling for priority clients.
Implements and maintains tracking processes in Airtable to show and account for productivity.
Actively participates in assigned department and cross functional projects offering input and insight as needed.
VHT Text software: issues daily reminders, donor surveys to home pickup donors.
Acts a Vonigo liaison to assist ADLMs/Growth Team with questions/issues.
Provides various donation related trending reports (i.
e.
bin fill rates, home pickups, etc.
)
The ability to present/train others as needed on new and existing systems
Occassionally acting as Call Center Lead/Backup for Manager, including maintaining strong follow-up and task tracking as needed.
Donation complaint resolution, including handling and resolving donation complaints to completion.
Maintaining complaint statistics and repository.
Other relevant projects, as needed.
Skills:
Motivated and goal-oriented with proven written, oral, and presentation skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced, consultative environment with proficient knowledge/use of Windows and input systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet tools, research, social media platforms and video meeting platforms.
Working knowledge of Airtable and Google Forms/Sheets.
Patience, reliability, professionalism, and a positive outlook; especially during unexpected challenges.
Self-motivated with a passion for achieving goals and an eagerness to learn new systems/processes.
