Cashier/Customer Service

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Scan and bag items efficiently - Assist customers with locating products and answering inquiries - Process returns and exchanges according to company policies - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals Requirements: - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is preferred - Knowledge of technology sales and electronics is a plus - Ability to handle phone calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette - Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts or change - Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds - Previous experience in customer service is desired We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth within our company.
