We are seeking a *Front Office Coordinator* for our Oral Surgery Practice.
This position requires travel to our Trussville and Five Points South locations.
_*Responsibilities and Duties:*_ Your days will go by quickly as you expertly answer the phone, help patients schedule appointments, create patient accounts, check patients in, post payments, convert treatment plans, assist with scheduling surgeries and other duties as assigned.
You will work closely with other professionals to form a highly effective team which attends to the administrative tasks of the office.
You will be an integral part of the team with a wide range of responsibilities and opportunities for learning and growth.
You must be able to travel to other office locations.
_*Qualifications and Skills:*_ The most important requirement of this position is the ability to genuinely serve our patients on every level, including the ability to enhance patient satisfaction and increase office efficiency.
You must be able to positively impact patients, coworkers, referring offices and the practice as a whole.
We have found that successful candidates have the following work and educational histories: * Salary is commensurate with experience.
* Completion of high school or equivalent.
Previous oral surgery, dental or medical experience _*Required*_.
* Previous administrative experience.
* Proven track record of growth or improvement within your current position.
* Ability to multi-task and be a self-starter.
* Experienced with customer service techniques.
* Superior communication skills.
