Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative

We are a professional HVAC business providing quality repairs and installation of HVAC systems in the Birmingham area.
We are currently seeking skilled and experienced individuals to join our team.
*Job Description:* Maintain a daily technician/installer appointment schedule with Dispatching software.
Update customer database with current information.
Effectively and respectfully communicate with customers and co-workers.
Expected to maintain high quality customer service standards.
Must be able to multitask while remaining organized in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a team player.
