As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and needs.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and billing.
- Analyze customer inquiries and determine the appropriate resolution or escalation
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their requests
- Maintain customer records and update information as necessary
- Use phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions with customers
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Previous experience in customer service
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Proper data entry and delegation of leads in systems
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
