Cashier/Customer Service

Customer Service Associate / Cashier Duties: - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner - Operate cash registers and POS systems to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently - Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product levels - Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers Experience: - Previous experience in customer service or cashiering preferred - Multilingual skills (English plus additional languages) are a plus - Knowledge of upselling techniques and experience in technical sales or technology sales is beneficial - Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is desirable - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Experience in jewelry sales, electronics sales, or related fields is advantageous - Basic math skills for accurate cash handling We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling options, and opportunities for career growth within our company.
