We are hiring for a Front Desk Agent for our beautiful Hilton Homewood Suites Near UAB in Five Points South, downtown Birmingham, Al.
This position is a guest service oriented position in a fast-paced environment that requires strict attendance and punctuality.
The job duties and skills required for this position include:
* An outgoing personality that emphasizes empathy, authenticity
* Knowledge of windows based computer operating systems
* A great attitude and the ability to perform under pressure
* Great communication skills
* Guest Security
We are looking to fill the following shift:
* Monday-Thursday 3PM-11PM
* Friday-Sunday 3PM-11PM
