KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: Act as a steward of our culture and coach others on Company’s Basic Belief’s and Commitment to Each Other.
Supports the company and site safety policies.
On the floor support for technicians during sanitation days Complete assigned daily inside and outside of the plant cleaning tasks and associated paperwork.
Manages sanitation inventory.
Stocks GMP stations, foot bathmats, and sanitation storages Will supply janitorial service with supplies when needed.
Ensures main hallway is clean.
Keeps chemical storage rooms clean and organized.
Using Enviromap to label environmental monitoring swabs and completing swabs.
Thorough understanding of all sanitation chemicals and their uses Willing to learn how to perform and troubleshoot all CIP systems.
Understands how to titrate chemicals and can alter chemical concentrations if needed and complete associated documentation.
Can change out chemical drums and properly dispose of empty chemical drums.
Knows how to navigate through Proficy.
Knows how to use portable foamers, pneumatic foamers, boost foamer and can troubleshoot when necessary.
Can operate riding floor scrubber and walk behind floor scrubber.
Can operate forklift and scissor lift.
Can maintain and troubleshoot floor scrubbers and can work with Tennant when issues arise.
Completing general maintenance repairs Perform Quality initiatives, projects, and improvement-based tasks.

Ability to use a computer and input data required for production.
Ability to give and receive feedback.
