*Altec Capital Services (ACS)* is hiring a *Title, Insurance, and Tax Coordinator* in *Birmingham, AL.
* This position maintains records and provides administrative support for vehicle registration, titling and vehicle insurance.
*Responsibilities*
* Manage the registration, titling and insurance for leased assets
* Create and maintain records related to taxes, liens, initial and renewal registration, new equipment, defaulted equipment, sold vehicles and titles
* Correspond with customers, sales personnel, and third party vendors concerning the title, registration and insurance process
* Communicate and follow-up with customers and vendors to obtain titles for leased assets
* Initiate the end-of-lease release of titles and liens
* Create and send invoices
* Process Titles with the Trust
* All other duties as assigned

*Education, Experience, and Skills Required*
* High School Diploma/G.
E.
D required
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Three years office experience preferred
* Basic understanding of equipment finance business preferred
* Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel skills required
