Position Summary The role of the Contract and Pricing Coordinator is to provide support to the IMS Contracts and Pricing process by expediting the delivery of price lists and proposals for Customer review, and effective administrative support of executed Contracts. The role is critical to ensuring the timely delivery of IMS offerings to the Customers, and in facilitating the accurate setup of all Customer engagements in collaboration with all parties. This position is Hybrid for Birmingham AL Headquarters (3-days onsite). Duties Contract Management - 50% of time: • Provide Pricing administrative support and Pricing information for all new and modified contracts. Distribute to Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure timely and accurate resource placement and Customer invoicing. • Administer contract details in Contract’s Portal and Estimation Tool; ensure all documentation is maintained per department standards. • Prepare and disseminate information/reporting throughout the organization regarding contract launch, pricing codes, and special pricing programs. Contract and Proposal Creation – 25% of time: • Conduct standard proposal and contract preparation and administration activities in accordance with Company policies, legal requirements, and Customer specifications. • Help to facilitate proper and timely execution of proposals, renewals and contract approvals by business leadership and Contracts team. Cross-Departmental Collaboration – 15% of time: • Partner with Contracts Team to ensure Contract and Pricing opportunities are accurate and up-to-date allowing for enhanced forecasting of sales pipeline. • Liaison between Customer Care, Finance, and Sales to ensure timely resolution of Customer invoicing issues and respond to pricing inquiries. Miscellaneous – 10% of time: • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance and streamline pricing administrative processes to meet evolving needs of the business. Follow through on implementing new processes and pricing programs. • Support the continuous improvement initiatives within the function, including standard work and the root-cause-countermeasure process in support of key performance indicators (KPIs) • Work within the department’s Lean tracking tools and provide data as needed for monthly documentation of performance against agreed-upon KPIs Required Experience: A four year degree is required business or related field. In lieu of a degree 2 additional years of experience are required. A minimum of three years business experience within a customer service or sales environment with responsibilities in customer operations, administration, project and/or program management. Experience in Sales support, Sales Operations, roles preferred. Ability to work in a multi-task, deadline driven environment. Must be organized and able to prioritize workload. Strong written communication and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills and results oriented. Able to work with all levels of a organization including remote leaders and employees in North America. Must be flexible, work well in a team and thrive in a complex operating environment with fast-changing priorities or ambiguous challenges. Must be a self-starter, resourceful, creative, analytical, and detail oriented.
