```Duties:```
- Perform screening duties for a variety of purposes, including but not limited to medical offices, customer support centers, and administrative settings
- Utilize computerized systems and software to perform tasks such as order entry, transcribing, and data entry
- Operate phone systems to answer calls, take messages, and provide assistance to callers
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing documents
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience as a screener or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of QuickBooks and other software applications
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support
