Duties Put together monthly consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet reports for management reporting Administer monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP Achieve compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures and controls Analyze and help improve accounting systems and practices Prepare and present financial analysis Record month end journal entries Reconcile various accounts Work directly with external auditors Assist CFO with special projects Qualifications BA/BS in Accounting or related field Minimum of 5 years experience in overall general accounting Stable job history demonstrating reliability and commitment Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis Effective communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems Proficient in ERP systems Critical thinking skills and the ability to retain complex work directions CPA credentials highly desired Experience with multi-location company accounting a plus Pay $60,000 - $80,000 Benefits Paid Health Insurance Paid Dental Insurance Paid Vision Insurance Short and Long term disability Life Insurance Critical Illness and Accident plans E04JI800l50b4062fte
