The position of Billing Clerk will be based out of our Birmingham, AL location! Summary The Billing Clerk is responsible for billing assigned customer accounts in a timely and accurate manner. Work with sales, credit, and customers to ensure accounts are billed according to customer requirements while maintaining internal controls standards. What You’ll Do Prepare billing information and supports the accuracy and efficiency of billing process Bill customers in a variety of websites and reports utilizing Microsoft Excel Review payments as needed for accuracy and helps to reconcile customers payments with cash applications Take appropriate action with delinquent accounts and helps customers with billing issues Other duties as assigned The information contained in this job description is intended to describe the essential job functions required of those assigned to this job.
